All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to the most of the countries worldwide. We ship with international airmail with takes 7 ~ 15 days deliver, or expedited shipping (DHL express) which takes 3 ~ 7 days deliver to the following countries:

At this time, we do not ship to India. 

We may offer free or non-free shippings due to our sale policies. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LerchPhi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lerchphi@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers like DHL express, FedEx, UPS have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us your actual shipping address instead of P.O. box, otherwise it may cause a delay of fulfillment of your order.

Phone number for delivery contact authorization

Except asking us not to disclose your phone number to the shipping carriers, as a default, we consider on your behavior of permitting us sending your phone number along with the shipping address to carriers and their partners. We may not ship your order if you don't allow us to disclose your phone number to the carriers.
