Please kindly read these policies carefully, which define your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases at LerchPhi, including important limitations and exclusions.

Refund

You may cancel the orders before we start to fulfill them, and you will get refunded as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Once a customized order starts to fulfill or non-customized order has been shipped, we cannot accept a free cancellation nor refund.

We may refund for the returned orders in 1 - 3 business days after the returned items received or on a return-not-required situation.

Returns Policy

Non-customized items can be returned and refunded in 30 days after you received them.

The customized or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged unless there is a specific policy or service upon them.

Replacement of Incorrect/Defective Item Received

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, or the item is in defective, please contact us and provide the proofs.

If replacement is necessary, we(seller) will undertake the cost of re-production and re-shipment. 

For the defective but still acceptable item, if you wish to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

After receiving the incorrect/defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

• The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
• The photos or video of the defective item(s)

Unsatisfied Products

If you are not happy for other reasons than quality issue with your purchase, we can accept a return within 5 days after you received the order for non-customized items only. We are so sorry that we cannot reuse the customized items or resell them to other customers, so we cannot accept a return or exchange if you unlike the items or don't need them.

Refunds will be credit through PayPal or the payment methods of original order.
If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. In case of damage or empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the charges for the empty package.
